By working with me online, you will benefit from a training program and nutrition advice/guidelines customised to your needs/goals and continuous communication/accountability.

This will help you stay consistent, disciplined, focused, and ensures that you get the most out of your training sessions as safely as possible.

This option is perfect for you if:

  • 1:1 Personal Training is not an option
  • you need accountability
  • you need structure and consistency
  • you want to give yourself the chance you deserve to finally be happy with your body
  • you are willing to communicate & do what’s necessary for the best progress (eg. filming exercises and uploading them for comments/guidelines)

This will help you stay consistent, disciplined, focused, and ensures that you get the most out of your training sessions as safely as possible. No guesswork required.

Long-term coaching (3-6-12 months)

This option is perfect for you if:

  • it’s within your means/budget (this is an investment)
  • you are completely new to training
  • you need in person accountability
  • you need consistency
  • you progress better with an in person trainer

You will need to be based in Johannesburg within the Fourways and surrounding areas. (Broadacres, Lonehill, Dainfern etc.)
